SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY: When you have booked a service with us you will receive confirmation that your position has been allocated. We will require you to turn up 15 minutes prior to our service delivery to ensure we can get started at the exact start time.
SERVICE DESTINATIONS: Hunter Goalkeeping Academy provides it’s services at the destinations confirmed at the time of the application of the payment processing form. Hunter Goalkeeping Academy services the Newcastle, Lake Maquarie, Port Stephens and Hunter Valley area only. At this time we do NOT accept national or international orders through our website, please contact us on +61 402 572 619 or greg@huntergoalkeepingacademy.com.au to enquire about a special order.
PRICING POLICY: All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 1st January 2024. Our Service prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY: Hunter Goalkeeping Academy is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality programmes. We endeavour to make sure that all services listed on our website are currently available and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered service is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
WET WEATHER POLICY: Programs conducted by Hunter Goalkeeping Academy are subject to weather conditions. During term programs, a tolerance of 1 session per term can be lost if ground is not fit for training purposes. This session is non-refundable. If more than one session is lost to wet weather, Hunter Goalkeeping Academy will re-schedule to an appropriate time and venue. NOTE, re-scheduling applies if a second session within the same term is lost due to wet weather.
REFUND POLICY: Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where services to not meet your satisfaction, have been wrongly described, are different to the service purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised. Long term injury may be a consideration for refund. Proof of injury and length of time the injury will prevent the athlete from participating in training will need to be produced.
PRIVACY POLICY: Hunter Goalkeeping Academy is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us. Hunter Goalkeeping Academy uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Hunter Goalkeeping Academy only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. SECURITY POLICY: When purchasing from Hunter Goalkeeping Academy your financial details are passed through to STRIPE Payment Gateway. STRIPE is a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.
